My Name is DJ Eshelman. I help IT Professionals who want to advance their careers and gain confidence in Citrix by learning industry-leading strategies that reduce risk and downtime.
I've worked with Citrix Technologies since 2004, designing and implementing for companies from 2 to 200,000 people. It's not part of what I do- I only work in Citrix deployments. As you can imagine, this has made me an expert. Certifications aside, Citrix itself has recognized me as a Citrix Technology Advocate. [Only 50 people worldwide are honored with that distinction each year, and I'm proud to be part of the program!]
I've enjoyed success as an independent consultant, making a six-figure income for more than 8 years straight... even in years when I work only about 40 weeks of the year!
Okay great- so I know what I'm doing... Great. How does that help you?
Until now- the best way to get my help was to hire me as a consultant. Most clients pay over $250/hr for me to be part of a team helping Assess, Design and Implementation efforts, often when I'm working with Citrix Consulting Services (I have been leading teams as an ad-hoc/resident consultant at CCS since 2011).
I have decided to take a leap of faith. I am taking time that I would normally be spending in consulting and investing in platforms to help people just like you not just learn Citrix technology, but grow their career around it.
My passion is to leave the world better than I found it. My hope is that in focusing in on a group of clients and members rather than only consulting- I can do just that.
A little more about me:
I live in Franklin, TN (USA) with a wife I barely deserve. When I'm not spending time in hotels and conference rooms I enjoy writing, making music and public speaking.
I have a blog and podcast about my passions for leaving the world better than I found it at leave-it-better.com
